"Beautiful building in a great neighborhood. Park Carolina was just a couple of blocks away. I did think the lounge in the penthouse was over price and the food was less than great. To be clear the lounge is not run by the hotel, so the can’t be held accountable. I did not get a chance to eat in the hotel restaurants in the lobby. The only thing I did not like is the fact that getting to the rooftop pool was a bit awkward. You have to be escorted. They need to fix how you gain access to the pool....

"La propiedad es muy bonita tiene muchos servicios lo que más me encantó fue el servicio de vapor y también sauna saliendo de ahí hay una piscina de agua fría y el shock térmico es increíble también está bonita la piscina de afuera y la vista es muy bella muy recomendable el restaurante cafetería no es muy bueno pero el restaurante donde sirven la comida y el desayuno son geniales"

"I liked it , it has a tropical vibe to it that you dont find in other chain hotels for considerable more money, breakfast used to be amazing, now its good,good section of baked goods, cold cuts, cheeses, but some items could improve their quality, some of their staff could be more acomodating speacilly me being alone with a child, and keep their voice down at the dining areas, pool is not warm, but most of the time you dont need it to be, overall a great experience food and all. "
