And Rosemarie, so lovely and warm – she quietly enriched our stay with her gentle and kind nature. What really touched us is that every single member of the staff, even those not named here, was genuinely kind, attentive, and passionate about what they do. You can feel the deep respect among the team and from management, not just toward the guests but toward one another. "From the first second or family arrived Andrew and Jacob s well as the rest of the staff were super friendly and took care of every need. They took our food orders, washed and dried our clothes, offered us drinks, set up the WiFi, and shared knowledge with us about Zambia and South Luangwa National Park. Our rooms and showers were clean and comfortable. Showers had hot water for those who enjoy that. We had a bonus from the local dance group and we enjoyed the traditional dance show. "
