"The staff was friendly and welcoming, and parking was fine. However, our overall experience was disappointing. The room was clean, but the strong smell of bleach was unpleasant. There was also a constant drip from the bathtub faucet, and the bed was extremely squeaky, which made it hard to rest. The room temperature was another issue — it was quite cold, and adjusting the thermostat didn’t seem to make any difference. On top of that, noise from the nearby highway was very disruptive. Unfortunately, there was also a group in the next room playing loud music and laughing late into the night (around 1 a.m.), which was very disturbing. We had to contact the concierge to address the situation. Overall, not a great stay and quite disappointing."

"Parking was good. Room was freezing. TV kept freezing and skipping making any use pointless. Curtains would not close fully making the lights from the streets come in making it difficult to sleep"

"A basic 'no frills' standard highway motel consistent with other Super 8 motels. Located close to and with easy off and on access to Ontario Highway 401. Location is generally light industrial and adjacent road is quiet at night. Pool is indoors but relatively small. Included breakfast is 'basic continental'. DIY if you want toast or waffles. No eggs. Croissants and pastries are fresh but standard fare. Checkin was quick and efficient. Motel consists of four floors with rooms on each floor. If I'm in the area again and want a clean quiet bed for a night or two, I'd stay again. No issues. "

"After being kicked out of the common area, we went to the bar at the casino where you were only allowed to order one drink per hour. Kind of a stupid rule as for those who don’t gamble and would prefer to drink at the baDisappointing as they don’t allow alcohol in the hotel except in your room. Otherwise, beautiful clean hotel. Another disappointment was no offering of clean towels for numerous day stay."
