The only negative does not relate to the hotel itself maybe more about the city of Kandy, its very nosey and busy, we were hounded by local traders and drivers all day which compared to other parts of the country we would not have the same experienceits "

Very walkable location - to the city in minutes! The only negative is that the hotel could not handle the volume of guests at breakfast. Many dishes were empty and kept empty for ages. The hoppers we ordered took 2 hours to come! This was the day after the Randoli Perahera so is assume they were not equipped...

"Only spent one night, family of four. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the lovely staff, served tea and asked about our dinner preferences. The place is marvelous - a tranquil oasis - the weather wasn't great, but it must be even more magical when the sun is out. We relaxed in the pool and enjoyed some wine in the courtyard, which is absolutely beautiful. Dinner was amazing, and the staff very attentive to our needs and questions.
