"Staff was friendly but that is the only positive I can really give. The property is in marginal condition even though it was supposedly fully renovated just last year. The room had clean sheets but there were several spots that had stains and/or discoloration on them and the shower still had hair from the previous guest stuck to the wall. I don't expect anything fancy for a $250 night stay, but seeing the hair and stains is off putting. The people I was traveling with also reported poor cleanliness and stains on the bedsheets. I would not stay here again."

"The hotel at first glance seems very off putting since the outside seems very rough on the outside. Especially the walkways and the lobby. My lady and I were only staying 3 nights and were looking for an affordable place to stay. The price was definitely reasonable given the location to Hershey Park. The exterior seemed very dated and the walkway was not very well maintained. The rooms, however, were very well maintained and updated. This is definitely a place to stay if you are looking for affordability. While I did not encounter more than 2 staff members, there were no issues I needed to report during our short stay."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was honestly a little nervous when I booked it because the price was much lower than many of the other hotels in the area, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, once I arrived, all of those concerns disappeared. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The pool was well-maintained and enjoyable, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was spacious and nice. Having breakfast available in the morning was also a great bonus and added even more value to the stay. My only minor criticism would be the fitness room. It’s mostly cardio equipment, and some of it is a little outdated. That said, everything still worked fine, and it certainly wasn’t a major issue for me. Most guests probably won’t spend much time in the gym anyway. Overall, I really have no complaints. For the price, this hotel provided excellent value, and I would absolutely stay here again. I’d give it a 9 out of 10, with the fitness room being the only reason it’s not a perfect score."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. Walking distance to downtown for restaurants, shopping, and some of the museums, and a short drive to Chocolate World and Hershey Park. Breakfast was always great and our kids loved the pool and games in the lobby. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Hershey!"

"Room was decent pool and hot tub were absolutely disgusting!! when the staff was asked about the pool and hot tub being cleaned, they stated it gets done overnight, which is an absolute lie!! during my entire day there the pool was filled with bugs and the hot tub had the nastiest brown film, which to me means it’s not maintained properly!! very disappointed as I booked this hotel solely for the hot tub and pool for me and my children! I will definitely not stay here again!!!"
