"The room was clean and tidy, however when we stayed last year we had bottles of water in our room but this was not the case this time, I brought my own last year but didn't this year as I thought that bottles of water would be in our room. "Spooky!!! This place is definitely haunted, 100%, whilst staying here last night I woke to see the outline of a ghost at the end of my bed 👻, it moved slowly across the room towards the window and then disappeared. If you like the paranormal this is the place to stay. Will definitely come again."

"We were warmly welcomed by staff who were friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate with all of the amenities we could have wished for. The restaurant was excellent- again staff very attentive, friendly and had a sense of humour! Breakfast was well worth payimg for-plenty of choice and lots of variety for those with special dietary requirements. We slept soundly as the bed was very comfy! Also really enjoyed access to the spa!Would definitely visit again!"

"The room was tired and Amenities were poor. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Reception welcome was far from a welcome. The bathroom was filthy with black mould marks and the Bathroom door was completely rotten. The walls were paper thin - I was kept awake until after midnight. I phoning reception 3 times to ask if the room next door could turn their television down which was blaring for hours. After the third phone call over 2 hours they eventually did at 10.30pm.
