"Ok - where do I start! The “rooms” where not ready when we arrived- no one was expecting us in fact, I spoke to the lovely lady who owned the place and she explained that her rooms where usually pay by the hour (ugh). We had no choice but to stay here - one of the rooms had no lock and another had no bed! This was soon rectified but not to a satisfaction we would expect. There where no televisions in the rooms, no fridges (not even a plug socket!) one room didn’t even have bedding!...

"We had a lovely stay at Bohemian Nest, our long haul flight landed early afternoon and we needed somewhere local to the airport to recharge for a night before heading onwards. Bohemian nest surpassed all our expectations and was 10/10. The breakfast itself deserves a special mention as it was so good, we went for traditional sri lankan style and it didn't disappoint. "Huge modern room, great location and staff were very helpful. Shower was fantastic nice hot water and great pressure. It felt like everything was new in the room. Tv still had the plastic on (never used it) A/C worked as expected etc."

"Room was great, next to the pool, close to the beach. Breakfast was extensive with lots of veg/vegan options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There were lots of dining and shopping options and the area is walkable. I'd stay here again."

"Decent quality 3 star hotel on negombo seafront. Nice garden facing the beach and great views of sunsets. Guests were a mixed crowd of locals and foreign tourists. Check in process was slow and inefficient. Staff seemed to struggle to process a group booking ahead of us and told us to wait. This took more than half hour.
