"Upon check in, we were not advised unit in room (heat/cool) not functioning. Our room was insecure when we arrived (door lock keeping door open) & window was open. After long day, we left property for dinner & notice non-functioning unit upon returning. As we were too tired to address it with staff and potentially change rooms, we slept with window open & it was very warm & stale in room -- at 0545hrs Friday morning we also got to enjoy a large group of guests standing in parking lot, chatting...
