"Good staff I have a bad back and knee not having a working elevator is causing me to rethink future stays as I was told it has been inoperable for at least couple weeks. Trips up and down stairs were excruciating. Not the local staffs issue but Holiday inn shd offer compensation for not letting us know in advance so other arrangements could have been made."

"This BE Plus in Pecos, TX was a surprise as I’ve made the drive from Tucson to the DFW area many times and didn’t realize this was here. The room was spacious and quiet and the bed was comfortable. "My room was 78 degrees when I arrived at 6pm. The AC was off. My window was right next to the bird nesting area on top of the building. My bed sheets and blanket had stains on it. There was hair in the shower. "

"The hotel staff was helpful and nice during our stay. They answered all of our questions and accommodated our late checkout request. The hotel itself hasn’t been kept up with. The phone in the room didn’t work. You could tell that the rooms are only cleaned after a stay since there was dust everywhere. The shower would make a loud hissing noise when running it. "
