We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Los Lagos Spa & Resort! From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by beautiful scenery and a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. The highlight for us was definitely the hot springs. They were amazing! There’s something so special about relaxing in the naturally warm thermal waters, surrounded by such beautiful surroundings. We could have spent hours just enjoying the pools and soaking up the atmosphere. The resort has so much to offer, and it was the perfect...

The property is superb, the pictures doesn’t do it justice as we were expecting a standard stay but what we got was an amazing property, clean rooms and great AC, clean and friendly staff. Great tasting breakfast and options (would have liked to have seen a bit more vegetarian options) Was blown away by our stay here and location is 4/5 min drive from main road where all the restaurants and bars are

Absolutely amazing setting to this property. We felt like we were in the middle of the rainforest but with convenient access also to the pool & hot springs. The food was good too. Being so far out of town was not a problem without a car as all the tour services came to collect us from the hotel.

Simply wonderful. The staff were warm and so hospitable and went out of their way to learn our names. The personal touch made a huge difference. It’s a lovely charming and authentic place and I wish we could have stayed for a further week!

Excellent hotel but only had a one night stop over. Had everything we needed

Attention to detail. Comfortable beds. Spotless

Perfect. Only been in Costa Rica 2 days and to stay here sets the bar level very high if you like wilderness in a very homely, space-like environment!

Good price in a decent area of San Jose. Big benefit is that it has a pool

Amazing place with such friendly staff everywhere and so so helpful and knowledgeable Po was busy but was very nice Ample chairs/sun loungers everywhere Had early dinner outside by pool which was really nice

We had a very comfortable stay in the middle of nature. Beuna Vista's facilities exceeded our expectations with a great variety of experiences available for all ages. Great spot in the middle of nature.

What a gorgeous place! Way up in the mountains an hour from the paved road. The thermal springs are fantastic, and the room was awesome. The "gardens" are almost big enough to get lost in, with twisty paths through beautiful flowers and trees. LOTS of birds including hummingbirds, and a butterfly house as well. Lots to do, warm and regular pools, would be fun for families Only negative was the food ... not awful, but not the standard I would expect for a resort like this. (Is this REALLY orange...

It might not be as fancy as it's neighbouring Resorts but what it lacks in this makes up in Manager & staff friendly, going out of there way to make it a memorable stay. Can't thank the Manager enough, helping us out on tours, getting into town and also connecting us to the next destination, making it stress free and it's just a chilled resort, yes it's basic but we loved it, great little pool which Son made as much use of it as possible and well the wildlife around the resort was just amazing!...

The hotel is nice and clean . The rooms are big and comfortable . It is great hotel for family with kids . A little bit far from the centre but the restaurant in the hotel is good . We only stay one night there so my review is based on one night only.

Great service and the views were fab. Great food in the restaurant. Location is a bit far from shops or other restaurants. Pools were great fun.
