One of the most amazing hotels - unique and beautiful. The staff go beyond to make your stay pleasant, the rooms are incredible. Being able to sleep at the foot of a vulcano in the midst of an animal sanctuary is a dream. Only down side is the a la carte breakfast which considering it was more than $65 for three could have been improved.

We loved our stay at Lomas del Volcán and can't recommend it highly enough. One of the best hotels we've stayed at. We received an extremely friendly welcome and throughout our stay nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was amazing, with so many exciting options. Best hotel experience I've had. Fantastic location and surroundings - full of wildlife. Saw howler monkeys, capuchins, parrots and toucans everyday. And even a sloth from our balcony. The pools, rooms, and staff were brilliant. There is also a free shuttle bus to Manuel Antonio beach / national park throughout the day.

We stayed at Arenal Manoa Resort & Hot Springs in a Chato Suite and overall had a wonderful experience. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery with views of Arenal volcano (when the clouds clear). The resort feels peaceful and spacious, which adds to its relaxed atmosphere, and it’s only a 5-minute Uber ride into town, which was inexpensive, safe, and reliable. We had the best time staying at Noahs Forest. The staff were very freindly and helpful and always took the time to check on you. We loved the facilities especially the pool and ping pong tables, as well as the jacuzzi in the room. Everything was very clean and the best possible standard. Thank you for finding the sloths everyday, we'd never of managed without the helpfully positioned telescope and map! Beautiful property. Compact but has everything you need. Located a little outside of La Fortuna but has a litttle supermarket, Ann’s several cafe and restaurants within a 10 min walk. Within easy reach of Tabacon, Arenal and La Fortuna Waterfall via car or uber. Perk of the property is the jacuzzi.

Outstanding views over both the ocean and reserve. The attention to detail in the design and fit of Lagarta Lodge is fabulous, the staff could not have been more helpful.

Wow what a beautiful hotel! Rio Perdido offers quiet luxury in a very natural environment. The staff were fantastic- nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly and kind. We stayed n an eat bungalow which was perfect for a couple or family of 3- huge bed, couch to chill on, lots of storage, good size bathroom and cute deck with hammocks where we sat and watched the monkeys playing in the trees. It really is the Garden of Eden. Beautiful tropical lush pool area and restaurant. Staff absolutely wonderful. Could not do enough for you. Food and homemade lemonade delicious. Loved the private beach garden area. Beautiful sunsets. Easy access to Tamarindo resort area. Would highly recommend.

This is a lovely hotel with beautiful surroundings. Close enough to central San Jose and the hotel staff are very good at recommending a good route to walk to see all that San Jose has to offer. Really lovely restaurant. Thoroughly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Corin! The hotel itself had nice interior and was always clean, with lovely surroundings. The food was great and we really enjoyed the heated pool too. The staff really make the hotel, everyone is so friendly and always willing to help. We’d highly recommend this hotel!

The property is superb, the pictures doesn’t do it justice as we were expecting a standard stay but what we got was an amazing property, clean rooms and great AC, clean and friendly staff. Wow what a place! It was marvellous from start to finish! The views spectacular! The staff are wonderful, we were served by Jose, Francisco and Roxy, they couldn’t have done anymore to make us feel special. The food was amazing each night, the attention to details from the chef is second to none. The rooms were cleaned meticulously too. I can’t recommend El Castillo enough. A truly magical slice of heaven!
