The bed was stiffer than our liking however the quality of the included breakfast made up for it. Options were plentiful and the quality was super. Staff was kind and accommodating. "This was well rated and looked good online. however, there was a nasty smell of mould once we entered the condo. I checked the pillows and there was tons of black mould, I continued to check the condo and the curtains also had black mould. We immediately left the property and asked for a refund. "

"Staff were very friendly, responsive and genuinely made you feel welcome. The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are a little bit of paradise. The beach is a short walk down a jungle path and it is also lovely to lie by the pool and watch sloths, Toucans and Red Macaws in the trees as well as have the monkeys come by for a more boisterous visit. This is a place to come and relax. "
