"È un posto molto suggestivo, ma la pulizia è deludente le piscine sia quelle esterna che quella interna non erano controllate ed erano molto sporche. Inoltre le camere non erano dotate di stendi ed era un problema doveasciugare i teli e costumi. Sentiva un odore di umido noi in una camera da quattro avevamo un divano letto molto scomodo potrebbero migliorare da molti punti di vista ma la struttura è davvero piacevole."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The only downside was the condition of the tennis courts. We specifically looked for a hotel with a tennis court and the photos on the website looked great. Unfortunately the courts seem to have been neglected. Only one had a net and the surface was really not safe to play on. I think the misleading photos need removing from the website, or the courts need attention. Other than that we had a great stay. The gym and pool areas are great."

"I booked this place for the views, and the beautiful sunset certainly didn't disappoint. The building itself is stunning, and the lounge is fantastic—absolutely full of interesting paintings and knick-knacks to look at. However, the stay had its downsides. The building is in a bit of poor condition, with visible water and other damages here and there. The parking lot is also completely unmarked and has an awkward shape, making it feel crowded and a bit hectic to navigate. As for the single...

"Advertised there was a pool as the first amenity- the indoor pool finally opened halfway through the stay but took another few days to heat up and all feels very unfinished. The outdoor pool isn’t coming until 2027!! They were still laying turf with builders all over and no loungers available for entirety of my stay. Hotel is far from finished yet Great views from the fourth floor room with terrace (but lift isn’t installed yet, so lots of stairs to climb!). Staff lovely"

"The only one good thing about this hotel they let us check in early. The hotel had a bad smell in reception area on arrival. Are room was so basic! Had no trowels, no toliet roll and no hot water. Had 2 tv in room none of them worked. About 4am to 6am there was a lot screaming and shouting outside hotel. When I went downstairs in morning there was loads of young men all asleep around reception area know one on reception to report anything to. This honestly was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in...

"Room was clean. Had everything you needed which was great. Couple of issues. Reached late it was dark the map doesn’t really help you find the cottage/room ideally would be helpful if someone escorts you to your room. Breakfast wasn’t great, very salty and tough to chew"
