"Very clean pleasant staff. "

"We had the family two rooms. The rooms were clean. The reception and breakfast staff were very professional and helpful. We stayed 2 nights with breakfast, which was a good quality and plenty of choice. The hotel was very niecely decorated for xmas. We asked for an extra item and it was delivered by the housekeeping team, who also cleaned the room mid stay plus changed couple of towels. They did not have to do that. We also needed an extra remote control for the 2nd TV and this was promptly...

"Everything was excellent! All of the staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and attentive. We used the bar, restaurant, reception, and spa. We stayed in two rooms both were very nice rooms and very clean and comfortable. The bar was very cosy with a fabulous log fire and the service was excellent. The food was very good in the bar and the restaurant. The pool and facilities were very clean and warm. All in all a wonderful stay. Will definitely recommend and return. "

"Communal areas in the hotel were stylish, comfortable and immaculately kept. Staff are an asset, absolutely every single one of them appeared to want to be there and make your stay as special as possible. Breakfast was lovely, great choice, local produce and all freshly prepared. We stayed in a "Cosy Double" - room 10 - we knew it would be small (and it really was) so I can't really complain about that but I have to say it wasn't very well kept. "Everything was perfect, spa facilities were lovely and relaxing and spotlessly clean. As was our apartment, the fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Food was excelent both in the evening and breakfast. We think it must be a wonderful place to work as all the staff from reception to cleaners were all very happy, chatty and helpful.
