"Room smells, we left the window open to air the room out. We were charged 70.00 more than others because we got the last room available. mini kitchen was locked, even though we paid more than the others."

"Beautiful spot on the bay with "cabins" that are architecturally stunning, perfectly designed for comfort and aesthetics. Appreciated the attention to minimizing unnecessary plastic, but would request fragrance free dish soap as an option. The common areas are also architecturally stunning, with beautiful views. I hope they will add a sauna or hot tub and plant a few more native pines around some of the cabins. "

"We all make mistakes - The ownership of our mistake was shared (there was no pack and play for our infant because i ordered it for the wrong day AND our door code didn't work). Although i was having a difficult time communicating with the person over the phone for our after hours check in, a manager or owner of the hotel came by within minutes, gave us a new code, and a pack and play. "It was a clean room. I was concerned about the door not locking from the outside. I also think there should be a deadbolt from the inside for security reasons. The door was left unlocked because we checked in after 8 pm. For security reasons this was concerning. "
