"We just returned from staying at this hotel and we loved it. The hotel is very modern and chic and very clean. The hotel was very crowded but oddly enough, we never heard a peep when in our room. I will say there was only one desk clerk and we had to wait about 10 minutes just to check in. There seemed to be a large group with a kid's basketball team that were all checking in around the same time. It would have helped to have had another clerk though. All in all, I would highly recommend this...

"Interesting concept for a hotel. They use 1 clerk for all hotels via a kiosk check in process. No maid service unless you are checking out, thus stayovers are hunting up their own replacements for towels, sheets, pillows, soaps etc..... On the up side, the hotel is very new, clean and neat. The beds are comfortable, The price is reasonable. Will I stay again.......depending on the situation yes"

"I checked into my room, noticed immediately that the covers were dirty had stains on them. The curtains to the room were broken half down stains on them. The bathroom was very filthy. Had to go in wipe down the toilet and the sink stains all over the sitting area chairs, and I also took pictures. It was a very unpleasant day was very unsatisfied, and the staff was not accommodating to the situation."

We took out TRASH TOOK OUT TOWELS Had NO Door between front room and beds Had to change 3 different times Room key rekeyed 3 times first day 2nd day Twice 3rd day once...We were LOCKED OUT OUTSIDE...VERY INCONVENIENT... I DESPERATELY NEED A 1/2 PRICE DISCOUNT..."

"Paul the inn keeper was wonderful! He showed us around when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. We even got to meet the resident pooch Yogi. ❤️❤️ We stayed in the Arbor room and it was very nice and cozy. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars and never felt like we needed to drive anywhere. Would definitely stay again. "

"Dirty. Tables in the room had cup rings and sticky spots. Mold in the shower. Hallways were not vacuumed in a while. Elevator is very scetchy. Only used it when moving suitcases. Otherwise used stairs. They needed cleaning too. Breakfast was supposed to go until 9 but they had waffle makers shut off by 8:45. And that was Saturday morning. Families were being turned away. Chairs in the breakfast area in desperate need of upholstering. Walking in the breakfast area was so sticky it was like...

"The rooms were not clean, did not have bedding for the pull out couch went down and they were out of pillows to give us for the pull out couch. We reserved a two bed room with a pull out but they said when we arrived they did not have one so put us in a regular room with one king.
