"Room was very spacious but in need of an update. Bed wasn’t the comfiest. Shower and bathroom was great. The spa was ok but you had to walk outside to get to it and couldn’t use the other facilities like they said as we didn’t get wristbands. Pool was good but had lots of tape on broken bits on it. Adult food was good but kids food we sent back as didn’t taste good even the adults couldn’t eat it. The staff were the best part especially in the restaurant. For a Radisson I expected better to be...

"The room was badly in need of new décor. The walls were old and cracked, and the windows didn’t lock properly. The food portions were very small and overpriced. Even the “berries with ice cream” consisted of just one strawberry cut in half. The pool and spa were also very dated and in need of a thorough clean, with sand at the bottom of the pool. Overall, the hotel felt run-down and in need of significant refurbishment."

"Easy to find. Clear instructions from the owner on how to get the key. Convenient for the railway station. The room itself was compact but very clean and had everything we needed. The only negative was how hot the room was. It had been a hot day and with being on the top floor, the room was very hot. There was little to no airflow from the windows. The fan was ok but just blew hot air around. Even in the morning when the outside temperature was reasonable, the room was still around 25/26...

"Would definitely stay here again. Really enjoyed our time spent in Lytham and the Clifton Arms Hotel. Staff were excellent, as was breakfast, with plenty of choice from the menu. Even though there were various functions taking place at different times during the days we stayed at the Clifton Arms the hotel never seamed noisy or overly busy. Cannot wait to visit again."
