"One of the best solo weekend trips I have ever had! I stayed for 2 days (one night) and had a wonderful experience overall. Check-in was a little underwhelming, it was busy at the Riverside reception were I was dropped off. I initially felt overlooked, until another staff member quickly noticed, welcomed me and reassured me about the wait. Not quite the arrival I expected from a hotel of this standing, but thankfully it was the only lukewarm moment of my stay. My room on the Parkside of the structure was a wonderful surprise : much better than the photos! Spacious, with a fantastic view, a balcony off the bathroom, firm mattress and a pillow menu that made me melt. I loved the robes, spa bag, slippers, complimentary water and lovely turndown service. I came for the wellness and thoroughly enjoyed it: saunas, pools, nap on the rooftop terrace, more sauna and a great massage. I also enjoyed exploring the corridors, the impressive decor, the celebrity portraits and the delightful light background music. Breakfast was excellent! I especially appreciated the chicken sausage and almond milk as someone who avoids pork and dairy. The staff throughout the rest of my stay were warm, smiling and helpful. Pupp Café patries were delicious. Check-out was fast smooth. Really happy with my stay!"

"It’s a beautiful hotel with gorgeous architecture and premises. The idea that it’s on the hill further from the center of the city makes it very attractive since it’s quiet and not so crowded. Thank you for your hospitality."

"The staff work hard and do an excellent job. The breakfast is filling. There was plenty to choose from if one is more vegetarian inclined but if one wanted meet, on offer we're told long, thin sausages I've seen all over eastern Europe,ham and some type of salami."

"Generally the hotel is really stylish and is in a nice setting with good underground parking (although this is quite a bit extra). The breakfasts are sufficient and well presented. The pool and spa are nice and clean and what you would expect from a hotel of this cost. It's a 10mins walk in to the town (downhill going, but uphill coming back 😧). Overall, it's is a decent 5star hotel with service and amenities you would expect for what you are paying."

"Very helpful staff. The receptionist helped in making sure I found the car park, after I had missed the entrance sign. Having been told the restaurant closed at 8pm, but not that the kitchen stopped at 7, they made me up a meal around 7.15 Very large room, clean and comfortable. Even though I was next to the lift, there was no noise from this. Right in the centre of town"
