"We have stayed here before which is why we returned. The rooms are comfortable (especially the beds / pillows). Our room was at the back of the hotel where there was building work going on outside. It was rather hot so we needed to open the windows and the noise in the morning did disturb us. We asked if we could move rooms and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We moved to another room which was cooler and less noisy. The bar and food is nice enough. Large open space. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. I’m gluten intolerant and the breakfast manager took me around to check what was suitable for me. I couldn’t fault our overall experience. The location is perfect for getting around London with the tube station about 50m from the front of the hotel (not that we used it much) except to and from Victoria coach station. "

"We arrived early and they allowed us to check in with a small fee of £15. The place is clean and close to underground. Aircon wasnt the best but it worked. "

"Although the room was small and had no window it was ideal for me for the night. The bed was really comfy (although it was against the wall, so if there had been 2 of us one of us would have had to climb over the other one to get out, but as it was just me it was fine) The shower was great as well. Ideal for a few nights stay in London as great location as well"
