"Friendly service, good food, nice rooms"

"Everything was dirty( bet, sheets, pillow, shower room) Shower does not work due to no lever The only amenities provided were water, soap, and a bath towel. No tissues or toilet paper. I will never stay at this hotel again, nor will I use Fab Groop again."

During this stay, the Wi-Fi in my room was not working, but it was fixed quickly. Room service also forgot one of my orders, and I had to follow up after waiting for an hour. "We arrived after visiting Ellora Caves. There is no road to the hotel and it's very dangerous to get there. Once we arrived, the hotel staff did not have our reservation. There was no manager on site and the staff could not get in touch with the manager. There was no food or drinks available so we had to go to town to eat. The main boy, Rahul, was very hospitable and accommodating. If it was not for his willingness to check us in and help, we would have left. There was a fan and AC and the bed...
