"I stayed for five days and this was my first time at the property and I have no complaints the staff was excellent especially Chanel l don't think that's how you spell her name but she works 3 to 11 and she was very nice to me the rooms have washer and dryer I really loved that the patio area was great only thing it was missing was a pool but I will definitely stay again"

"We were in room 217 and the tub/shower was so slippery my husband nearly fell twice. No anti slip left on the tub surface. Room had peeling wallpaper and dirt marks on the walls - not s uff marks, dirt - I washed them off myself. Property is run down and no effort seems to be going into building maintenance. Oh, and the hallway outside our room had 3 separate large spots (bigger than a sq ft) of bleached carpeting. Just tired looking."

"We checked into our room. Two queen beds four people. When we entered the room it had a musty smell and we only had three bath towels for four people. The housekeeper said they were out of towels and when we came back that night we could ask at the front desk for towels. When we came back that night the night clerk told us no towels were available but he could offer us a bath mat to dry off with that it’s the same as a towel. "The property and room was clean. I was able to get a good workout in at the gym. The staff was friendly and helpful. I only wish breakfast was until 10:00 am rather than 9:00."

"When we booked we requested to have two queen bed rooms with connecting rooms but they didn’t have them available when we arrived.. we had to settle for a king room and 2 double beds then we had dirty towels in the king room. The experience was not the greatest and we paid $675 for 2 rooms and did not have what we asked for"

There’s no actual person in the lobby… so it’s kinda hard to ask for something or if you need anything also no breakfast… it would be way better if there was breakfast included."

"I'll begin by clarifying that every hotel stay in recent years has had safety rails in the bathtub/shower. I have NEVER had to request them. The 1st response after speaking to management was 'You did not request a handicap room'. He suggested that I return in the morning to see if anyone checked out from a handicap room. Our room did not have bathtube handrails and was very unsafe. Therefore my roommate was NEVER able to fully use the shower. I helped her sit on the side of the tub to clean...

When we travel, we ALWAYS stay at a Marriott Holiday weekend sold out hotel - NO Towels, had to ASK for towels 3 times, was told they had no clean towels or wash cloths and was waiting for them to finish washing. They brought up BLUE POOL TOWELS/ POOL was closed, Bugs in my room. My Kids had to KILL a COCKROACH!!! Not to mention I lookup at the ceiling and it was a BIG bug in the ceiling LIGHT fixture!! "I stayed there for 8 hours and that was enough. The hotel says it’s refreshed, and it is not. The pillows had cotton in them and square..so it’s not a real pillow. The mattress sunk in the middle. The breakfast is not free.. but I wouldn’t eat there if you paid me."
