"No response received. Tried to give 48 hours notice of cancellation (within 24 hrs of purchase) and yet have been charged for the full amount of 3 nights with breakfast. Paid for taxes and breakfasts that I did not even have and refused to give any refunds, saying that it is all non-refundable. Use taxes should also be applicable to hotels, not just airlines."

"Of the 6 days i stayed, there was bo running water in the taps on 3 mornings. WiFi in the room was very bad. No eggs availabel for breakfast. A/c didn’t work one night and the hotel couldn't provide any fan. Terrible on all fronts. AVOID. "

"Some language barrier but the hotel clerk was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me make my stay comfortable. Comfortable seating area in the lobby and decent food at the restaurant. Only feedback is implementing a “do not disturb” sign as they do regular cleanings and ring the doorbell quite frequently but overall would recommend this hotel. Walking distance to a lot of shops, grocery stores and restaurants."

"The staff at the reception did not have visibility of the booking I did online, they had to call the manager who confirms I booked online, but then did not provide information on the type of booking I did, hence I was given a standard room instead of the suite I booked, upon entering I realized the mistake and had to go back to reception to explain a this is not what I paid for, it took a while of explanations and showing of receipts and conversion from USD to the local currency before I was...

"Nothing like the picture, I booked for a room with a kitchen, living room and toilet. But I only got a room and a toilet. The description said the place is 16 min drive away from the American embassy. But it’s over 2 hours drive . I almost missed my appointment at the embassy."
