"- Didn’t use the amenities.
- Wish that the breakfast was more accommodative of my dietary needs! Unfortunately didn’t work out for us as the selection was limited to bread, fruits and two spreads!!
- Staff didn’t mention about pools or that we had catamaran with our stay. Thanks to Ahmed, he mentioned to us later and gave us the option to book and filled us in with all the amenities."

"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel prior to our cruise. It was close to the waterfront and easy to walk around the neighborhood. The rooms were quite spacious. The courtyard and rooftop pool with very enjoyable and relaxing spaces"

"This was not as near the airport as thought. However the free shuttle was terrific.
there’s nothing around the hotel. So unless you want to taxi all the way back to the city, there’s no restaurants to order from, no stores around, it’s in the middle of nowhere. For travelers mostly with no car, it’s not real convenient if you want to just walk to dinner or something. The restaurant inside the hotel was fair, not much atmosphere.
Overall fine."

"Poor room ‘biggy’ 307. Two small single beds with very slippery mattresses that fall off the base. Sofa bed alternative creaky. Bathroom smells damp. 4 coat hangers for 2 people for 3 nights. No storage. Bizarre pool hours - no coffee on roof - breakfast staff unhelpful - reception staff very good. So much potential but missing a repeat visit."

"Excellent Welcome, friendly and accommodating staff, the breakfast buffet was great. All the things you expect from Hyatt. The downside, and quite impact full, was the lack of venues and challenges with AC. Only 1 restaurant was open, the smallest one near the lobby. Limited seating, for a full hotel not ideal. I had complained about my AC not working (room temp was 27°) and they expeditiously tried to fix it. Short term solution. I woke up to a room temp of 29°.
I would book there again...
