"The check in process is 100% self service through a kiosk. It’s not very user friendly and when you call for assistance the staff is not very nice or helpful. The air conditioner in our apartment wasn’t working when we checked in, they told us we needed to wait until the next day for someone to come look at it."

"Beautiful spacious modern apartment with huge ceilings Fully equipped kitchen and washer dryer. Appliances are complex to use and should have instructions - help was provided when asked. Cold shower first day and no tv one night but minor glitches that did not reoccur. Service is excellent- immediate response to any problem "

We were lucky enough to have a view of the Sagrada Familia from our balcony and could hear some the evening Palm Sunday service from the balcony, was really magical.
