"A very warm welcome with cool towels and a popsicle. Rooms are stocked with 2 espresso pods each day which was appreciated. Air con in room never went below 23 degrees which was disappointing. Main pool is very nice, with plenty of cabanas, lounge beds, chairs, and an outdoor shower. Pool side service could use some work; staff does not come by to take orders. Gym is good with nicely appointed equipment. Breakfast spread is very nice but not enough bug fans to go around. "

"We had a wonderful stay—everything was spotless, welcoming, and thoughtfully cared for. Henri and his team were incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. When our rental car wouldn’t start on departure day, Henri personally drove us to the airport, which we truly appreciated. They even surprised me with flowers for my birthday—such a thoughtful touch. A fantastic experience all around, thank you so much!"

"Note positive: La spiaggia è di fronte ed è molto bella Il personale in generale è gentile e cercano sempre di recuperare certi errori che commettono per sbadataggine. Alla reception sembrano un po’ svogliati( una mattina una ragazza si faceva le unghie come fosse a casa sua) . Il cibo non possiamo dire che sia cattivo ma è penalizzante in quanto a varietà , appena due, tre primi ( di cui una zuppa) e due tre secondi , dessert minimal . "Eine sehr gepflegte, Gebäudegruppe mit Innenhof zum Gratisparken, einer Hauptvilla, in der eine gemütliche Rezeption, klassizistisch geschmackvolle Relax- und Aufenthaltsräume und eine schöne Frühstücksterasse angesiedelt sind und ebenso gepflegtem Nebenebäude. Frühstück startete jeden Tag mit einem wechselnden stets interessanten und köstlichen Früchtemixteller. Zwei Frühstücksoptionen auswählbar: entweder Eier, Zubereitung nach Wahl, Bohnen oder Tomate, Bacon oder Würstchen. Oder für süße...

"We had the best time at the Red Coconut. The location is perfect and Lenny and his team are super nice and helpful.They went beyond and above to make this an exceptional experience for us (e.g. we could check-in early even though we did not even ask for it, many recommendations what you can do,...) I can only highly recommend this acommodation."

"There was one receptionist that was incredibly helpful and kind. The rest of the staff is extremely slow at serving. We rented the presidential suite...very nice suite but there was nothing to drink in the fridge and no snacks whatsoever. We won't come back"
