"Our needs were very well met. The pool activities were great fun. i enjoyed the Salsa and Merengue dance class with Ashley and Gustavo and the pool water aerobics classes were great fun. Lulu and others were great instructors. I am on some medicine that needs refrigeration, and the staff brought me a medical refrigerator so I could get my medicine during the stay. They went above and beyond to take care of us. The nightly dance shows are stupendous! We couldn't catch all the comedy dialogue in...

"The hotel is located at the end of the street. There is 24 hr security watch for cars parked in front of hr the hotel. The staff is friendly and spoke English especially our bartender Sebastian. The AC worked and cooled us down a lot especially since the weather was hot and humid. "

"Check-in it’s way too late, and check-out way too early how can a check-in at 4pm and a check-out at 10am be normal or even welcoming to guests? They crossed the line with those times, it didn’t make me feel welcome or respected and as if my money isn’t worth it, feels like they want you there the least amount of time possible. A positive thing about the club it’s the cleaning service, I was there for 2 nights only and the day after my check-in they cleaned the room and got us new clean towels,...

"The location was FANTASTIC. Right on the beach, felt safe and it was quiet. Our room was right in front of the pools which was super convenient and then we had a 30 second walk right to the beach. Everything from food, shopping, coffee and laundry were all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. A great hotel if you’re looking for a clean stay and convenient travel around Jaco Beach "
