"Stayed with my family including two teen boys. The hotel was fantastic! All the staff were very accommodating and helpful. We arrived over 2 hours before check-in with the hope of using the laundry facilities. Even though we were very early Jose said our room was ready and allowed us to check in early. They do not have a laundry room, but they offer laundry services. We had the laundry picked up and dropped off quite promptly. They offer a free morning nature walk through the hanging bridges and trails on the property for overnight guests. The property is amazing! We saw so much wild life from the comfort of our balcony which included a hammock chair. Pack your binoculars! Other reviews mentioned the construction. They worked during the day while we were out exploring so it didn’t bother us at all. The on site restaurant had good options at reasonable prices. We ate there twice for dinner. Breakfast was very good. The only thing they could do better is have some Salsa Lizano for breakfast! I love that stuff!"

"It was a beautiful property and the stay was so relaxing and magical. It was a honeymoon vacation and me and my husband lovedddd all the animals that hung out with us and the staff that helped us. Thank you Diane for making our honeymoon so sweet. We can’t wait to come back :) "
