"I stayed for just one night at Afrique Hotel, Douala and it is a very pleasant experience. I was picked up from the airport and also dropped off at 4am to catch an early morning flight. The room and facilities were neat and decent.The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating.I will not hesistate to recommend the hotel to others."

"Un hôtel très correct pour le prix, pas de reproche, bien situé au centre mais avec verdure, et restaurant avec carte correcte. A noter la présence du bouchon de baignoire et l'eau chaude, ce que l'on ne retrouve pas partout."

"Decent hotel in a town with few decent ones. Low value for money but you can't find much better, so you have to adapt. Service was ok; avoid the laundry (I paid express twice and both times got it 2 days later only, the second time they wanted to return me the late laundry after we left the country, saying that they'd send it abroad... really I have to believe that? = avoid the laundry). - Restaurant is decent (for one week stay), some professional staff worked there. - Ah, my fully-prepaid stay...
