"This place is run down, dirty, and loud. The furniture is from the 90’s and the pull out couch is like sleeping on a torture rack. We found several items in our room that seemed to have been left by former guests, and other signs of haphazard cleaning. There was a very loud party going on downstairs in the ballroom with bass so loud we could feel it until after 10 PM! And the hotel staff didn’t warn us or seem to care. The breakfast was mediocre and the pool was nothing special. Hard pass."

"Carpets where super stained. Mattresses were old and very dirty. Roaches in the tub. They were short staffed and our room did not get cleaned. They only took dirty towels to wash and never brought them back. We had to go and look for the cleaning staff and ask clean towels late in the evening. "We reserved a room in April, arrived late in the day 11pm, and was told that the room we reserved some just left so the room is not ready and that they didn’t have room services due to it being late in the day. The front desk clerk offered to check the room and just change the sheets. We had no choice but to stay due to it being late. Room and bathroom is dirty.
