The bathtub had dirt in it, towels were stained bad, beds were uncomfortable, there is one door that led under the putt putt deck that had about 3” of standing water in front of the door like the pool was leaking into that area. I will not be staying here again."

She was kind and apologetic, but your guests standing there in person could really use more efficient responses to...
