"Ended up I did not stay after walking in to my 2nd floor room and seeing a cockroach on the floor along with dirt. I asked for my money back and they gave it to me without hesitation (a positive). Sidewalks and stairways were dirty; definitely a property that is not kept after."

"Bathroom had dirt on the floor. There was no Kleenex and only three pillows for a king size bed and two adults. The couch was is poor condition and the towel rack in the bathroom was loose. The bath towels were more like the size of two hand towels sewn together. The staff was friendly and quick at the check-in desk. "

Heating and air unit was brand new and worked exactly like it should, though the auto fan was a bit noisy when trying to watch tv, but that is too be expected. The shower took a long time to heat, so i had a cold shower, but the sink water was just fine, which seemed strange. "We stayed three nights in a king room on the third floor near the elevators. Overall, our stay was pleasant, with several highlights as well as a few areas needing improvement. The king room itself was somewhat small and lacked a refrigerator, with only one chair available for seating. However, the bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were excellent.
