"The Balkan Palace does not offer parking, and its entrance is not readily accessible by car. That being said, there is a relatively small (about 15 spaces) public parking lot located on the west side of Square of Tolerance and north side of Cathedral St. Nedelia, about 50 meters from the Hotel entrance, accessible off Pl. "Positiv

"Stayed in the junior suite with a beautiful sea view mid September 26
Lovely spacious clean room with a modern and practical design.
The whole hotel has been recently decorated to a high standard couldn’t fault the cleanliness throughout.
Our room was cleaned every day with fresh clean towels.
The staff were all very friendly around the hotel making our holiday as relaxed and easy as we wanted.
Reception was particularly helpful nothing was too much trouble for Stanislav and the team.

"Firstly the hotel is very close to Sofia station.
The hotel itself is very clean and modern. Our room was really fantastic, great bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet.
However the real standout at this hotel is the staff, I would give them 10 stars if I could! We have been travelling Europe for 3 months and stayed in a lot of hotels, the Terminus Hotel in Sofia was the best so far! On the last day we met the general manager of the hotel who handed us a pre-packaged breakfast bag due to our early...
