"The family room was perfect for our family of 4. It gave my husband and I some space from the kids and each of them had their own bed. The views from the giant windows were amazing. Even though the clouds hid the mountains from us, the cityscape and lit up trees and fountain on the hotel property were lovely. We would definitely stay here again!"

The staff member's actual words were: we have 350 rooms in this property, and you have a different room than all these people. You just have to wait.
