As always the hot springs pools were amazing, dinners at the bar were great and staff were friendly! Would have been nice if the room had a safe and ac, but we were on the Heritage side of the hotel. Overall a fantastic hotel for an amazing getaway to a beautiful place!

Check in was a breeze with Kim! She welcomed us and was so calm and cool with the huge line that was forming. The pools were amazing as always and it is such a short drive from the city. Happy Hour in the bar has the best garlic prawns ever! Nice 3 days of rest.
