"Pod was spotless and very well equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, microwave. Plenty of room for a family of 4 with a double bed and double sofa bed. "The Duke’s Head Hotel is a wonderful place to stay when you visit King’s Lynn. The building has a lot of character and the hotel is centrally located, right in the heart of the town center. "Very happy with our stay at this hotel. Plenty of parking. You register your car with their system so you don't get charged. The breakfast was nice, rooms clean and had everything you would need. Very happy with our stay and would choose to stay again."

"Balcony was unusable. Unstable plastic tall barstools which were useless and very uncommon. With armchairs dragged out of the room you couldn’t see over the tall concrete balcony at all. Paid extra for a room with a view!! Management were rude and snobby. Not willing to help at all. We were shown two other rooms of the same type exactly but refurbished at least. Minutes later when we said we’d try to check out, because these rooms suddenly became unavailable, this woman offered no help at all....
