"The room is ok there needs to be some adjustments to it. For example the sofa bed was broken and they didn’t want to change it for a new one they were trying to fix it but there was no point so my kids had to sleep on the matter on the floor. The bathroom needs better cleaning and the drain needs to be fixed because the water would not go down. The plates and cups need to be taken care of better and replaced. The lights where all full of bust. In general the hotel itself is in a good position...

"The room was not as pictured on hotels.com/Expedia. Bathroom was WAY different then described. NO walking shower. Floors were dirty, didnt look like they'd been moped in weeks. Staff was wonderful, parking was convenient"

"Our stay was a last-minute situation, appreciative of the accommodations they were able to work out for us and our family. Two of the 3 rooms were great, however our room smelled musty. We did notice the air vents were very dirty as well as the filter for the unit, Breakfast was just okay. The servers/cooks were not the friendliest. However, we did love the bar and grill. Friendly staff, great drinks and food. The kids loved the pool area, especially the slide. Would suggest better lighting...

"The room was right at the ocean, which was the best part. The room stayed cold, but nothing would ever dry, so hanging up your suites after a day at the beach made no difference. I think if they came in daily to sweep that would be helpful because Sand is everywhere. They did leave a broom for me to sweep which was nice. It was a handyman special, but it was not the worst place I have ever stayed. For the price I paid I did not expect much more than what it was. No laundry on property- no free...

"Tried to cancel cause the guy who rented the room said it was on the beach and come to find out it wasn’t called to cancel 20 minutes after he booked it said that he couldn’t get in touch with the hotel to cancel it then emailed me 2 day later saying we will still be charged the penalty. Won’t be doing business with either hotel and Expedia again. Seems like they got a inside scam going!"
