Since the ratings were so high when we booked, we were a bit disappointed that it did not seem to match the star's rating as presented however, it did not effect our trip. The location is central so awesome for exploring the old quarters. The front staff were attentive and always happy to help. Be careful when showering as water did start to leak out of the bathroom. I wouldn't shower on full blast and also point the water away from the shower door. I also found putting a towel at the shower door greatly reduced the water from leaking. The free breakfast was simple. You'll have to walk to their sister hotel for this. We really enjoyed their coffee and pho. They also had great little deep-fried buns. "

"We had a wonderful stay. Delicious breakfast made to order: waffles, pho, banh mi, and many more choices. Hotel staff are warm, welcoming and made our stay memorable, happy, and safe. Our bellhop, Vipor, went above and beyond jumping on his motorcycle to bring my purse for repair. We were even escorted across the street to our tour bus. We will definitely come back and stay at Hotel Du Lac."
