"They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels! "

"Veronica was an amazing relatable host who gave the best recommendations for hot springs, food, and the beach. The breakfast was local, fresh, shareable, filling, and delicious. It is definitely worth the small extra charge. We loved having a pool and hot tub! The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but the spacious apartment made up for it. Would stay here again ! "

"Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche im Bathalha Resort verbracht. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da wir spät Abends angekommen sind wurde der Schlüssel im Safe hinterlegt. Das Frühstück wurde täglich in unser Haus gebracht und war sehr köstlich. Wir konnten zwischen einem Standard und einem großen Frühstück wählen. "The place was fantastic, gorgeous and awesome. Location was great, just in the suburbs of Ponta Delgado. The accommodations were superb, we stayed in the family villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms... each bedroom was on opposite ends, and there was doors subdividing the area, for extra privacy. Very nice. The owner Paulo and caretaker Claudio were very helpful and friendly. Vinnie the big pup was a big lovable doofus. If we are able to make it back to the Azores again, we would try to...
