"Very comfortable bed, small bathroom. I would say it is a 4 star not 5. Ordered room service which took very long. Thankfully, food was good when we finally got it. Friendly staff. Late check out not available. Convenient location."

"Nine Dots is a wonderful hotel! Well situated, easy to walk to attractions and restaurants, very close to the waterfront. The staff were outstanding, very helpful and welcoming, and gave us good restaurant recommendations. Housekeeping staff came around in the evenings to ensure our needs were met. Parking can be a bit tricky, but you're given a few options. Amazing breakfast buffet! Loved the artwork."

"The rooms were clean and front desk staff were helpful. My biggest complaint is breakfast. It didn't matter what time you got down there, there was never a clean table, replenishing food was very slow and only small amounts were brought out at a time. I think my biggest issue was that I would find hair (that was the same color) from the young girls working on some of the tops of where things like plates of cheese were. Although the young girls had their hair tied back they would be swinging...

The location is perfect, as not only does it have an ocean/port view, but it is walkable to restaurants, shops, and historical sites. "The room was clean the staff very polite friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The only thing I felt was missing and almost every hotel has inside the room was an iron. And parking every hotel I've been to offer free parking and this hotel was expensive in my opinion it should be included. But other than that was very good."

The shower walls were made of wood which were molding all around the bottom due to moisture, this was not something I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. "Beautiful experience, felt like a spa from the moment we arrived. Relaxed atmosphere surrounded by nature. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Thermal pool amenities are perfect to relax after a day’s activities. Restaurant feels like you’re in a garden, and lots of healthy options. Comfortable rooms and quiet at night. Definitely worth exploring this part of the island. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day!"
