"Leider keine 5-Sterne-Erfahrung! Die Lage des Hotels ist positiv hervorzuheben. Leider konnte der Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht überzeugen. Im Badezimmer befand sich schwarzer Schimmel. Zudem war die Ausstattung teilweise defekt und die Möbel im Zimmer machten einen sehr abgenutzten Eindruck bzw. fielen teilweise auseinander. Auf der Terrasse fehlte eine ausreichende Beleuchtung, sodass diese am Abend kaum genutzt werden konnte. Auch der Frühstücksraum war sehr laut und dadurch wenig angenehm....

"Definitely consider this hotel! Solo traveler who liked the small 'apartment' style room I booked. One room was a kitchenette with table/tv/sofa and another was the bedroom with attached bath. I could cook or microwave food and store items in the refrigerator. The Hotel seemed relatively new or newly-renovated. Breakfast was provided and it was well staffed and offered a range of food and drink options. Nice location just a few blocks from the center of Ponta Delgada and a view of the Atlantic...
