To sum it up: perfect stay. Our house was clean, comfy and the pool a delight. Our host took very good care on us and the first breakfast was included rounding up our vacation. There was some confusing on our behalf, since Expedia noted to get a mail prior to our arrival for access - then we learned that our host is on site already.

We stayed in one of the 2 BR house units. It is extremely spacious and well appointed, with a full kitchen, and lovely views of the ocean. Check-in was very easy the manager was very friendly and helpful. The property manager was very easy to get in touch with and responded to us very quickly. The value was excellent. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful property. Excellent location. Gentleman who takes care of the property was friendly and attentive without being in the way. He was constantly working and you could tell that he took a lot of pride in his work. The house was spacious with amazing views. Short drive to a beautiful beach with natural pool. The only negative is that the mattresses are extremely hard and the beds very squeaky, which did not make for very good sleep. However, the positives outweighed this negative by far.

Wunderschönes Haus mit traumhaftem Bilck

Das Haus liegt mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer. Ein schöner Outdoor Pool und ein Whirlpool in einem Glashaus sind vorhanden. Wir hatten ein reichhaltiges Frühstück gegen 10€ extra jeden Morgen im Haus oder auf der Terrasse serviert bekommen. Das Haus besteht aus einem großen Wohn/ Esszimmer und Volleingerichteter Küche und Gäste Wc im Erdgeschoss und im 1 Stock aus 2 Schlafzimmern mit Bädern. Alles ist sehr sauber und der Verwalter sehr nett. Das einzige was uns gestört hatte war, dass die Betten sehr hart waren. Wir würden können diese Haus sehr empfehlen. W-lan war vorhanden

Majestic views!

This hotel/house was amazing! We stayed in the green room. The best part was opening our doors the amazing views of the towns, the hills, the water, and Sao Jorge. It is very spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking. It is looked in Sao Roque, which seems to be a quieter town and not a far walk from the hotel. We did not rent a car beforehand but our host recommended we should for at least one day which was definitely a good idea. Parking is available.

Lovely villa overlooking Sao Jorge Island

This property is located in a lovely, quiet setting with an unobstructed view overlooking the sea and Sao Jorge Island. The property manager does fantastic work performing multiple jobs. He not only works hard to maintain the grounds, including pool and jacuzzi, but also services the recently renovated rooms with a well-equipped kitchen and acts as a welcoming, hospitable receptionist/concierge willing to discuss Pico Island and its many touring opportunities. Hope I get to stay there again!
