"Bristol Hotel closed as i found out after booking, however staff contacted me and offered better room right on Baku's richest shopping street (Nizami) owned by same owner as Bristol was, I can not say enough good things about how the staff handled this and how far they went out of way to offer top service! "Hi! Since there were renovation taking place within the hotel, I did not manage to stay in the actual hotel building. The Avand hotel took good care of me while providing possible other solutions for the accomodation. Thus, I finally decided to have my whole stay in another hotel. The hotel management was effective and friendly in communications."

He was taking in very rude way and requested an extra 60 ANZ per day for my daughter (7years) as he said it is the policy of the hotel. But in Hotels site which is typing in the confirmation booking that any extra bed is available and it cost 20 AZN . I told him that I will pay what is in the booking but he keep neglecting me and talking in local language to another reseptionest . After refusing, I ask him nicely to...
