"Nothing as described on your website . Not a deluxe room
No microwave or tea coffee maker as advertised
The accommodation was actually closed for refurbishment and we were the only people in the building . No bath as advertised. No nice view of the city. TV worked by internet so it buffered all the time until it went off about 9 pm and needed a code to use it which tbe one man there did not know . Only managed to stay one night despite booking for three. Airport Shuttle did not exist...

"I liked the cleanliness of the room, friendly staffs, and very good view. The present of the lake and vicinity of the breakfast room to the lake shore were remarkable items about this hotel."

"The location was great, and I really liked the courtyard however the room had no soundproofing and was very noisy, the shower leaked everywhere out of the bath onto the floor and the breakfast didn’t have a very good selection. On top of that I chose the hotel because it said it had a gym and a spa. The gym was very limited, and noisy, with one treadmill fully broken with the belt ripped to shreds. The massage I had in the spa was ok, but there was no sound system for the music, just a Bluetooth speaker that pinged every time the lady got a phone message. The massage table was very squeaky and there was no low light in the room, so the door was just left slightly ajar. Also as the masseuse was also the spa receptionist she often left the massage to go and answer queries at reception. My advice would be to choose a different old town hotel, because although the location was great I felt the amenities were lacking. "
"The hotel was really lovely. The quality of the room decoration was really high, and everywhere was clean and tidy. The breakfast was good, with plenty of space and choice. The location was good for me, with boardwalk nearby outside and restaurants in most directions."
"Filled in the online form to have 30min massage add on which was not scheduled - the spa apologized multiple times and gave me a 30min massage for free.
Left my credit card on the front desk - they hired a taxi driver to chase me to the airport and sent it to me.
Such awesome service! "
