"I was arrived hotel 8:30 AM and reception lady checked me in with a smile and cup of tea ; staff are friendly and helpful ;there are ready to help you as much as they can with their sincerity you would feel comfortable; there was a free breakfast included in my booking and also there is a tea and chocolate 24/7 ;

"Hi! Since there were renovation taking place within the hotel, I did not manage to stay in the actual hotel building. The Avand hotel took good care of me while providing possible other solutions for the accomodation. Thus, I finally decided to have my whole stay in another hotel. The hotel management was effective and friendly in communications."
