"The hotel was spotlessly clean, private beach was beautiful. Staff in the whole were very good, polite and helpful. My only criticism were I did see one bar staff mocking a customer, and the pool attendants did nothing about people leaving towels on loungers for hours, despite mentioning in the hotel rules that unattended towels would be removed. One day at the adult pool we were told we couldn’t have a parasol because they were all being used, but 5 of them were with unattended towels for...

"Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel hatte einige positive, aber auch mehrere verbesserungswürdige Aspekte. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Wasserspielplatz. Für Kinder ist er wirklich toll gestaltet und war für unsere Familie definitiv das Highlight des Aufenthalts. Hier konnten sich die Kinder lange beschäftigen und hatten viel Spaß. Beaucoup de choix au restaurant buffet et il y a également plusieurs restaurants où dîner le soir. Les équipements de la salle de sport sont en très bon état. "Any room backing on to Sheraton road is way too loud. Don't expect sleep. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Only really has 2 restaurants outside the main restaurant. 1 is extra price the other is vegetarian only. Some staff are super friendly and helpful some bar staff and reception make you feel like you are an inconvenience. Don't think we will be going back"
