"We booked The Four Seasons for our honey moon and we loved it so much we are already planning our next stay! "Hands down best hotel in Arusha. Rooms were spacious and immaculate. Impeccable decor . Spacious lobby to hang around .Staff are excellent from bell boys to reception to dining room staff.Coffee plantation on site from which their coffee is sourced. Coffee is amazing and I bought some to take home. Grounds are immaculately maintained and the boys in the garden even plucked some Guavas for me.

"The staff at the property were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The à la carte menu is highly recommended, and the breakfast was decent with a good selection. While the property is not within walking distance of nearby restaurants or markets, taxis were always readily available to take us wherever we needed to go. The garden is beautiful and provides a very pleasant atmosphere."

"Great staff. I would not class this as a five star hotel. It is situated outside the city and I was the only guest. Electric kept going off but the staff were really kind. The spa was good but in Aruba you must have a doctor for the spa and the doctor at this spa was missing. Many services were not available because he was not there. "
