"You will enjoy Eagle Aruba has 3 pools one for kids and adults. one for adults and one for both. you can enjoy hot tub as well as a kids hot tub. middle adult pool has a full bar lounge chairs and tables in the pool you have a band playing they do games have happy hours. Rooms are clean with kitchenet you can walk to the grocery store. beach is 4 min away walk through the other resort La Cabana which has a casino if you like to gamble. you can eat at both places and have happy hour a La Cabana ...

"I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times (5–6 visits) and always had a great experience, which is why this situation is so disappointing.
I was charged for a restaurant bill at 7:09 AM on the day of my arrival, even though my flight landed at 1:55 PM — clearly impossible.
I contacted both accounting and management and provided full proof, but no one has responded for 10 days.
It appears a simple mistake was made, but instead of resolving it, they are ignoring the issue. Very disappointing...

"Appartement ne correspondant pas aux photos de l'annonce. Pas propre du tout, poussière, saleté, sol de la douche répugnant, cafards dans la salle de bain et chambre à coucher. En arrivant, le sol était sale, on voit que le ménage est bâclé. Mais surtout, l'appartement n'est pas entretenu. Plus jamais! Seul avantage, le site de la résidence est agréable. Belle piscine et jolie espace barbecue. "
