"Staff were nice and tried to be helpful.
Beach was public, so everyone can take the sun-beds and there were not too many.
Rooms were smelling a lot of mold and humidity, you have to keep the ac on all the time, however the front desk manager tried her best and changed our room after we saw different ones.
Wifi doesn't work properly.
We were not all inclusive so we tried different rest, and overall was okay but not as we excepted it .

"The room was much smaller than the pictures looked. It was also very dirty. There was a dead cockroach in the corner of the room that looked like it had been there for quite a while. While they clean the room everyday their amount of dirt that was in the corners was unacceptable. "We absolutely LOVED our stay at Divi Phoenix Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort never felt overcrowded, which made it so relaxing and peaceful.
We stayed in an oceanfront studio on the 11th floor, and the views were absolutely breathtaking! The room was spacious, clean, and having a full kitchen was a huge bonus.
