"Clean"

"The property is large allowing many options for daily walks. Evenings at the pond were beautiful with sunsets and deer. Room very clean with good stock of kitchen items for daily meal preparations and serving. Washer and dryer in room so helpful and in good working order. We toured but did not use the large exercise facility and swim pool. Pool table and ping pong were great to have in rainy afternoons. Walmart just a short drive for grocery and other shopping. Going into tow is an easy drive...

"I would give the domes a 5+ but they traffic noise is horrendous. Very very very fun place to stay."

"Great location."

"A great inexpensive place to stay in Pagosa Springs. Excellent service."

"Biggger rooms for the price"

"Upon entry of the building there was an instant "old" smell. Ceiling leaking in different places. Our room was clean, bedding was clean, pillows were good. The entire room look to be remodeled BUT, our door was badly repaired from what looked like being kicked in! Windows around entire building were filled with cobwebs and dirty. The outside grounds were not really kept well. With a little attention to detail around the building and premises, this would be a much nicer place. From 3rd floor we...

"Love proximity to the hot springs."

"Absolutely cute and simple place to stay. We will stay here again!"

"The property was as listed. The tents did not feel like a tent. The hosts were very accommodating and the checkin/out process was smooth and easy. The rooms were kept super clean. Would definitely come back."

"We loved our visit and can't wait to go back. Elizabeth is a wonderful hostess and could not be any nicer, she is a great asset! "

"The host was unfriendly and unwelcoming. We arrived at 9:30pm and were in communication about our arrival time, but when we arrived the host said she had to go to work early in the morning and made us feel bad for arriving at that time of night. They charged a $25 pet fee for our dog, which normally would be completely fine and understandable, and it was listed in the booking. However, the host’s dog (a very large German Shepherd) jumped on me, urinated on my car, and was off leash in the front...

"The cabin was beautiful! Had enough room and it was very clean. Very easy access to the lake. Communication with host was easy and fast. Will definitely stay again."

"I like how the check is set up with personal information to access the room"

"We loved everything about the stay! The owners were super super friendly and helpful. The cabin and grounds were clean. We killed a few spiders, one being a black widow. Spiders are expected everywhere. Just something for owners ro be aware of. We loved the fire pit, swings, games, grill access. Al around we give this place 5 stars!"
