"Property phone number listed on the website doesn't work. Their landline doesn't work at all. They have separate mobile phone numbers which you can not find on the Internet. We missed our flight and tried to contact the property and were unable to do so. when we reached there the next day and asked them for refund/credit for a day, they said they can't do it since they were not informed. "Very nice property. A bit more on expensive side compared to similar properties nearby- and food choices are not as great for a resort of this stature; but definitely five star experience- lives up to Taj name. If any thing, I would suggest them to consider a better culinary experience by including local or east indian exotic dishes (that’s hard to find in traditional restaurants). Folks come from distance to that location - not to experience the same food they eat in their homes! "
