"I think they have bed bugs. At first I thought I was having an allergic reaction to the laundry soap on the blankets. But I've come to real7ze that I was probably bitten up by freaking bed bugs!! I have little red and itchy small bumps all over my back and the back of my arms. And some down to my knees."

"The shuttle driver drove like a maniac! He was on his phone the whole time talking in a foreign language. I thought it was disrespectful. The breakfast was very limited and items were not refilled. Garbage in hallways was not picked up and I saw a few workers just walk by it. No personality at front desk to make us feel welcome."

"They have Bedbugs and tried to blame the guests and not their own incompetence I looked up on past reviews and it seems that they have this problem for the past decade. All they do is clean one room of the bugs and rent the other ones well the other ones being fogged which only makes them run into the walls and spread to other rooms so you're basically playing hot potato with the room you get I recommend leaving your room extremely cold so they don't bother you as I did"

"The rooms had a very nice Alaska design and were very cozy and comfortable. Perfect place for a short business trip."

"Great place to stay compared to other places in Anchorage"

"There was no hot water AT ALL in the shower in the AM, and staff did not attempt to make it right. I left my contact information and they never responded."
